Drawing Room

Our Victorian drawing room combines period features with modern comfort. The restored fireplace stands as a beautiful original detail, while French doors flood the space with natural light and overlook the garden. Sink into comfortable seating to enjoy coffee from the Nespresso machine or settle in for entertainment on the large smart TV. The intimate dining table for two and our elegant breakfast cabinet make mealtimes a pleasure, stocked with quality tableware for your use.

Upon arrival, you'll discover home-baked Scottish treats awaiting you, along with carefully selected maps and guides for exploring the treasures of northeast Fife, Angus and Perthshire.

Garden

Step into your own private sanctuary – a contemporary garden thoughtfully designed to complement our Victorian home. This fully enclosed space provides a perfect retreat, with an upper terrace of potted herbs – ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. Discover an intimate lower seating area beside the French doors and a thriving olive tree, while subtle lighting guides your way after dusk. Thoughtfully planted with pet-friendly varieties, this tranquil garden offers a safe haven for both two and four-legged guests. For added convenience, secure bike storage and a drying room are available upon request.

Dogs

Your four-legged family member will find a warm welcome at The Garden Rooms, where our friendly collie Archie might pop by to say hello! We've prepared everything for your pup's comfort - from noodle towels for muddy adventures to fresh bowls and special treats.

Our secure garden offers a safe space to explore, while the surrounding area beckons with scenic walks and beautiful beaches. For pampering or peace of mind, you'll find dog groomers in Newport and veterinary services nearby.
